A gentle practice to calm your mind and relax the body to prepare for sleep

Sleep is our greatest ally in the journey to expanding our capacity, to becoming resourced internally and having the courage to take the leap in pursuit of that which you seek.

Teaching our body she is capable to hold the stretch that comes with growth, greater levels of intimacy in the way we parent, love and be in the world, happens when are well-rested!

Remember, what you seek is seeking you too,

Take a warm shower by candlelight, settle into your pj’s and grab your headphones.
Lay on the floor on your yoga mat or make sure you have space on your bed to move gently from side to side.
