Rest. The pre-requisite for our feeling and therefore our healing.
As well-rested women we are better able to respond, the range and functionality within our nervous system expands.
So many women have been told that rest is something to be deserved, to be earnt and only to be allowed once everything else is done. Around here, we rest first : here, we nourish our body so that she may have the energy to show up for the people, places and things that require her attention, love and knowing.
