A Mother who feels is a woman who is ALIVE.
We explore why women are afraid to feel, including the wounds and trauma around this conversation that lives within our lineages and bones as women, how to begin to bring the felt sense online in a slow, gentle and compassionate way and what this gives you in return.

SACRED EXPRESSION SESSION
In the last 10mins I dive into how to engage with this practice and here are the 4 key elements to remember:
1} Attention : where in the body are you feeling contracted, heavy, armored? what do you feel? can you name it? remember no judgement here, trust your body to voice what she is ready to.
2} Intention : what lives within what just arose? can you bring intention to the witnessing, the listening, the holding of that deeper root emotion as you move through this practice?
3} Process : notice what your body wants to do, how does she want to move, is there a scream in the back of your throat, do you want to run, hide, assume the foetal position? do this. then continue to ask ‘is there more here?’ ‘do I need have more to share, to release?’ continue until completion
4} Integrate : drop into gentle breathing, grounding through the earth and finish with gratitude for your body, The Altar that made this practice and peace possible.
